• •Payment terms will be as specified in your service agreement or invoice

Payment Terms

• •All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to VAT
• •Payment is due as per the terms specified in your invoice or service agreement
• •Late payments may incur additional charges
• •We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that:

• •All installations will be performed by PSIRA-registered technicians
• •Work will be completed to professional standards and in compliance with applicable regulations
• •Equipment supplied will be fit for purpose and of merchantable quality
• •Warranty periods for equipment and workmanship will be as specified in your service agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• •We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or modifications by third parties
• •We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• •Regular testing and maintenance of installed systems
• •Ensuring systems are not tampered with or modified without authorization
• •Promptly reporting any malfunctions or concerns
• •Maintaining compliance with all applicable fire safety regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EyeDentiFire (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Termination
